Use Blender to build a small game-ready level and prove it works in an engine: a low-poly harbor at dusk with a wooden pier, a crate kit in three sizes on a 0.5 m grid, barrels, two lamp posts with warm glowing lights, and a small rowboat. Work in meters, keep names clean (no Cube.001), put the origins of floor props at bottom center, apply transforms, and stay under 25k triangles. Export it as one GLB. Then make a web page that loads that GLB in three.js as a walkable level: WASD and the mouse to walk around, water moving around the pier, the boat bobbing. Show the triangle count of the loaded file on screen. It should look good the moment it loads.
