Create a looping pixel-art animation in the browser (single HTML page, canvas, no external assets). An original chubby shiba inu in a red knit scarf walks through a snowy Tokyo side street at night: glowing shop signs, a steaming ramen stall, falling snow, paw prints left in the snow and soft light reflecting off wet pavement. Smooth 8-frame walk cycle, parallax background layers, crisp nearest-neighbor scaling. It should look cute and polished the moment it loads.
