Google sign-in shares your account identifier, name, email, profile picture and verification status. Evals also handles your editable profile, saved items, account settings, agreement receipts and privacy requests. Contributions include prompts, attachments, runs, tool records, outputs, comparisons, votes, annotations and comments.
We process connected-account credentials and permissions to provide the access you request. Stripe and other payment providers handle payment details; Evals keeps transaction, subscription and credit records needed for billing. Technical information can include IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, errors, usage events and analytics used to understand performance and protect the service. Reports and privacy requests can include your contact details, the affected material and the information you provide. Do not put secrets or sensitive personal information in public task inputs or an ordinary support message.
We use necessary account and task information to authenticate you, provide requested runs and public results, maintain saved work, settle authorized charges, respond to requests, investigate reports, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms and meet legal obligations. Operational information helps us troubleshoot and improve the service. Depending on applicable law, these uses rely on providing a requested service, legal obligations or other permitted grounds, rather than an optional marketing permission.
Paid dataset licensing, model training, product emails and expert invitations have separate choices. These optional uses start only after an affirmative choice for the applicable notice and purpose. Signing in, voting, submitting a task or agreeing to these terms does not silently enable them.
Prompts, task inputs, attachments, agent results, recorded setups and evaluation evidence are intended for public viewing and reuse. Public comments and profiles show your profile name. Search engines and other users may keep copies, and an interface that shows only part of a record does not make the remaining contribution confidential.
Account email, payment details and connected-account tokens are not public contribution fields. We separate credentials from public result delivery and restrict account access. These protections cannot guarantee that a secret you place in a prompt, file or output will remain private.
Dataset licensing permits preparation and paid licensing of eligible future contributions for evaluation and research. Model training is a separate, optional purpose and can only be enabled alongside dataset licensing. Evals will exclude direct account identifiers from datasets where possible, but removing a name is not a guarantee of anonymity. Provider licenses, third-party rights and applicable privacy requirements must still permit each delivery.
Product emails and invitations to paid evaluation or expert work are independent options. Necessary account, payment, security and requested-service messages are separate. Change optional choices in Settings or contact us to withdraw them. Promotional emails identify Evals as the sender and must provide a way to unsubscribe. An expert invitation choice does not permit us to disclose your contact information to prospective employers. We do not make optional choices a condition of ordinary participation.
Our website infrastructure operates in the United States and South Korea, and our application and database hosting is in the United States. Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, payment services, and the model or tool providers used for a task may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Transfers occur through service requests and network connections as you sign in, use features, submit work or make payments. Applicable overseas-transfer requirements continue to apply; see the information for Korean users below.
Account and connected-service information is retained while needed to provide your account and the access you request. Public contributions remain available while hosted, subject to removal and valid deletion requests. Payment and transaction records may be retained after account closure to meet tax, accounting, refund and dispute obligations. Agreement receipts are retained as evidence of the choices made. Security logs, reports and restricted content may be retained when necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or comply with a preservation requirement. We limit that retention to the purpose and period required by applicable law or a legitimate continuing need.
After a valid deletion request, we delete or deidentify information that no longer has a permitted purpose. Some information may remain temporarily in backups until replaced or deleted, or in restricted legal and security records. Account deletion and removal of particular public contributions are different requests; identify the contributions you want reviewed. We cannot erase copies independently retained by other people. Restricted or backup retention does not authorize new dataset licensing or model training.
You can review or withdraw optional choices and submit access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests in Settings. You can also email the contact below without an Evals account, including to request suspension of processing or report exposed personal information. We may verify identity or authority using information proportionate to the request, and we respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. We explain a refusal where required and you may contact us to appeal. Receiving a request is not confirmation that all information has already been erased.
Where applicable, US state privacy laws give rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate proof of authority. Paid licensing of personal information can constitute a sale under some laws; public availability or removing a name does not automatically exempt it. We do not sell private account email, payment details or connected credentials to dataset buyers. Optional licensing and training start with affirmative permission and can be withdrawn regardless of statutory coverage.
A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional dataset licensing and model training off for a signed-in account without enabling any other permission. A signed-out browser has no account-level optional permissions to enable; contact us or sign in to apply a request to an existing account. We do not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right, and refusal of unnecessary optional processing does not prevent ordinary service use.
Korean users may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing and withdraw optional consent by contacting us or using Settings. Partial, Inc. is responsible for the processing described in this notice; use the privacy contact below to reach us. Processing necessary to perform the service you request may rely on the applicable contractual ground. When consent is required, required and optional purposes are presented separately, and you may refuse unnecessary optional processing without losing ordinary access.
For a consent-based provision to a third party, we tell you the recipient, purpose, information items, retention period, and your right to refuse and any resulting disadvantage. For a consent-based overseas transfer, we also identify the country, recipient and contact, timing, method, purpose, retention and refusal information. Necessary overseas outsourcing or storage relies on a statutory alternative only when its conditions, including the required disclosures, are met. Specific transfer information is provided for the service or recipient involved; an optional licensing checkbox is not blanket consent to unidentified labs.
Pseudonymized information can still be personal information, and making a prompt public or removing a direct identifier does not authorize unrestricted commercial reuse. We retain personal information only for the permitted purposes and periods described above or required by law, and delete or deidentify it when those grounds end, subject to lawful preservation. Advertising messages require the applicable permission and sender and unsubscribe information; necessary service notices are separate.
Evals accounts and contributions are for people aged 18 or older who can legally enter the Terms of service. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children or seek their personal information. Do not upload a child’s personal information without a lawful basis and authority to make it public. If you believe a child has provided personal information or a contribution exposes a child, contact us so we can investigate and take the steps required by law. An age checkbox does not limit a child’s legal protections.
We publish the current notice and retain the version and text associated with recorded choices. Material changes are communicated as required by law, and new purposes require a fresh choice where applicable. Earlier contributions do not acquire new optional permissions merely because you later sign in or enable an option. Contact us using the details below about this notice, a report or a privacy request.
